Maureen Berndt

Maureen Berndt has been studying, practicing and teaching Asian healing arts for over 20 years. She studied both Chinese and Japanese systems, and has also benefited from the teachings of Rodney Yee, Donald Moyer and JoAnn Lyons.

In 1998, she was introduced to Master Hui Liu , and Wild
Goose Qigong at the Wen Wu School of Martial Arts in
El Cerrito. She graduated from the Teacher Training program in 2002, and has taught classes at Piedmont Yoga Studio, Summit Hospital, Kaiser Permanente Oakland, The McKinnon Institute and Novonordisk Corporation. She has an ongoing public class in Oakland and continues to deepen her practice with the guidance of Master Hui Liu. She is thankful for the numerous ways in which qigong has enriched her life.
