Erica Rodefer

When Erica Rodefer took her first Yoga class at 19, she thought
it was silly. But after a few weeks of uniting breath and movement, she could feel herself becoming more aware of her body and her spirit, something that she'd been distanced from after years of school. Now, four years later, Erica is a graduate of the Yoga Tree San Francisco Teacher Training Program ... and she does more than practice Yoga. She's immersed in it as a writer and editorial assistant for Yogajournal.com. Her dream is to share this Yoga gift with teen students.
